1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made to BALKAN DIGITAL ASSISTANCE for concierge coordination, organisational, informational and language assistance services.
2. Nature of Fees
Fees are charged for the work involved in receiving, researching, coordinating and supporting a client’s request. Payment does not guarantee a particular result from an independent third-party provider or authority.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
Where a client cancels before substantive work on the request has begun, any refund will be assessed in accordance with the applicable order terms and mandatory consumer law.
4. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once research, communications, booking coordination, document handling or other substantive work has begun, the amount refundable may be reduced to reflect work already performed, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
5. Third-Party Charges
Amounts paid directly to third-party providers are subject to those providers’ own cancellation and refund policies. We cannot guarantee a refund from an independent provider.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply under applicable law.
